Business Development Manager - India

We are looking for young and dynamic PLM sales professionals who want to be a part of our growth and success.

 

Location: Pune

 

Experience: 5-10 years

 

Responsibilities :

  • – Establish contacts with prospects in India via phone, email, and social media.

  • – Follow up on the inbound leads from the channel partners and close the deal.

  • – Getting the qualified leads into meetings for demonstration of products/ services.

  • – Continuously work on growing the prospects list.

  • – Coordinate with existing partner companies to assist with resources whenever needed for India.

  • – Developing growth strategies and plans & Increasing client base in the Indian market.

  • – Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

  • – Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.

  • – Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders.

  • – Working on different assignments as per company needs.

  • – Participate in marketing activities to grow company business.

  • – Coordinate with the Pre-sales team for any POCs, and demos for prospects.

 

Requirements:

  • – 5-10 years of B2B Sales experience in the CAD, PLM, and Engineering services area or 3-5 years of experience in PLM/CAD/Engineering Services/Design who want to build a career in Sales/BD.

  • – Excellent Communicator

  • – Tech Savvy

  • – Entrepreneurially Inclined

  • – Degree: BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech or equivalent

  • – Siemens Teamcenter / NX knowledge would be preferable
