We are looking for a Centre of Excellence Lead – PLM for our Teamcenter practice.
There is a lot of growth potential to work across different projects in Europe and US geography. Gateway to an executive position with a lot of freedom to experiment and learn.
Job Location is in India but can be moved to our head office in Norway after you have proven yourself.
Responsibilities:
Leading Teamcenter and AI/ML-based product development.
Collaborate with the solution architects to develop plans and execute solution strategies for customers.
Lead and manage Teamcenter PLM project teams across different projects.
Participate in internal product development strategies and delivery.
Ensure our “Committed to Excellence” goal across different customer deliveries.
Provide technological help whenever required.
Address talent and skill gaps in projects and take necessary remedial actions.
Work with leadership team towards common company goals and targets. Direct reporting to CEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
Min 10 years of experience on the Siemens Teamcenter platform.
Preferred Skills:
Should have performed lead roles in product development or customization projects.
Good experience with active workspace customization.
Proficient with programming languages and development methodologies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willing to explore new areas and take on new challenges.
Exposure to the cloud, AI, ML, and Data Analytics will be preferred.
