Job Details

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources and Admin responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.  


Location: Pune 


Experience: 5- 10 years 


Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree 




  • – Responsible for overall recruitment and employee retention. 

  • – Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle after identification of manpower requirements like sourcing, scheduling & conducting interviews, and closing the position. 

  • – Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, and participate in interviewing candidates. 

  • – Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed over the HR system. 

  • – Oversee all employee engagement activities and manage the new hire orientation and exit process. 

  • – Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas. 

  • – Manage time clocking system for employees and ensure they adhere to the company guidelines. 

  • – Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits. 

  • – Coordinate with the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll. 

  • – Advise Management on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation. 

  • – Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. 

  • – Manage the company’s general & day to day administrative activities and also ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions in the office. 

  • – Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. 

  • – Coach, counsel, and discipline employees. 

  • – Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures. 

  • – Manage all HR-related documentation, letters, and files in the master database. 

  • – Handling employee queries, escalation, and extending the relevant resolution 



Skills and Experience: 


  • – 5-10 relevant years of exp in HR, Admin, and recruitment. 

  • – Experience with Recruitment Sites like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. 

  • – Excellent Verbal & Written communication 

  • – Excellent skills in Ms. Office and HRMS software. 

  • – Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. 

  • – Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees. 

  • – Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills 

  • – Able to work for individuals and teams, goal-oriented, team-work, initiative, and honest 

  • – Attention to detail and good judgment
