As a Siemens DISW Portfolio Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling a comprehensive suite of Siemens DISW products. Your focus will be on engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those requirements.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Siemens DISW products.

– Identify and qualify new business opportunities.


2. Product knowledge:

– Demonstrate good knowledge of Teamcenter, NX, Solid Edge, and other products.

– Articulate the value proposition of DISW solutions to address the specific needs of clients.


3. Relationship Management:

– Maintain a strong relationship with Siemens DISW by meeting them on a regular basis and attending trainings whenever applicable.

– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.

– Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Siemens DISW products.


4. Solution Consultation:

– Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements.

– Provide consultative solutions that leverage Siemens DISW products to optimize their product development and manufacturing processes.


5. Pipeline Management:

– Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification.

– Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.


6. Collaboration with Technical Teams:

– Work closely with technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

– Provide feedback from the field to the technical team.

Education and Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, or a related field.  

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably with Siemens DISW products.  


– Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in Siemens DISW products.  

– Strong understanding of PLM solutions and their application in various industries.  

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.  

– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  

– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.  

Job Type

– Starting with 6 months on a Contract basis with target-based commission.

– Possibility for a permanent or long-term contract based on performance.

Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days’ work from the office in Pune.
