We are looking for a Technology Head – PLM for our Teamcenter practice.
Experience Range: Minimum 10 years
Job Description:

– There is a lot of growth potential to work across different projects in Europe and US geography. Gateway to an executive position with a lot of freedom to experiment and learn.
– Job Location is in India but can be moved to our head office in Norway after you have proven yourself.
Responsibilities:
– Leading Teamcenter and AI/ML-based product development.
– Collaborate with the solution architects to develop plans and execute solution strategies for customers.
– Lead and manage Teamcenter PLM project teams across different projects.
– Participate in internal product development strategies and delivery.
– Ensure our “Committed to Excellence” goal across different customer deliveries.
– Provide technological help whenever required.
– Address talent and skill gaps in projects and take necessary remedial actions.
– Work with leadership team towards common company goals and targets. Direct reporting to CEO.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
Preferred skills:
– Min 10 years of experience on the Siemens Teamcenter platform.
– Should have performed lead roles in product development or customization projects.
– Good experience with active workspace customization.
– Proficient with programming languages and development methodologies.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Willing to explore new areas and take on new challenges.
– Exposure to the cloud, AI, ML, and Data Analytics will be preferred.
